Delete your account

Open the Orbit Hop website, sign in, choose Account, then Delete account. For a Google account, sign in again if needed and type DELETE within ten minutes of signing in. For an optional email/password account, confirm with your password; password reset is available if needed. Guest play in the native apps does not create a browser account.

Deletion removes the account and email, sessions, account rankings and progress, balances, and account-linked analytics. A retired-key security hash remains for up to 30 days; unlinked purchase receipt markers may be retained to prevent duplicate crediting. Provider transaction records and operator backups follow their disclosed retention requirements. Contact Contact details must be configured before public launch. for help or a deletion request if you cannot use the account controls.

For guest analytics, choose Privacy choices and disable optional analytics to request this device's analytics deletion. Clear browser or app storage to remove guest progress from that device.
